Duccio Nacci Rooms (open all year round).

Elegant, bright, fresh and cozy is the new style of Duccio Nacci Rooms -Guesthouse, which has been completely renovated in 2024 by its owners Renata and Duccio Nacci.

WHERE CAN YOU FIND US?

Our facility is located in the historical center of San Gimignano, just 50 meters from the famous Cisterna and Duomo Squares and close to bars, restaurants, museums and all the main attractions of the city.A complete comfort concept, design and functionality are at the service of the wellness of those who will stay there.

Total occupancy: 9 people; possibility to park bikes inside a garage, if available, present inside the structure.

The 3 rooms are composed as follows:

• – Room No.1 Standard (for 2 people), consisting of a double bed and a private bathroom with shower
• – Room No.2 Superior (for 2 to 3 persons), consisting of an extra large double bed and a single bed with private bathroom and shower
• – Room No.3 Deluxe (for 2 to 4 persons), consisting of an extra large double bed, two single beds and private bathroom with shower

Services included: Linens for bedroom and bathroom – free Wi-Fi – Air conditioning in all rooms – satellite TV – hair dryer – refrigerator – kettle – linen change if stay is more than 5 nights – final cleaning.

Services not included: There is no daily room tidying, and room and bathroom cleaning with towel change is done every 2 days if the stay is a minimum of 4 nights.

Cleaning will be between 10:30 am and 12:30 am. If you do not want to be disturbed, just put the “do not disturb” sign outside the door. Those who want, during the stay, additional towels will have to ask the owners, paying an extra charge of € 2.00 per towel and € 3.00 per bath towel.

Keys: A key (magnetic card) will be given to each room at the beginning of the stay, which must be returned at the end of the stay; those who lose or damage it will have to reimburse the owners € 5.00 as a penalty.
