About us
Duccio Nacci Rooms was founded in the early 1980s, it was opened by the Nacci Family (Giuseppina, Graziano and their son Duccio) who were among the first to open a guesthouse in the historic center of San Gimignano.Since 2022 it has been managed by Duccio and his wife Renata with their children, Azzurra, Stefano and Chiara.In November 2023 Duccio and Renata entrusted the renovation project of Duccio Nacci Rooms – Guesthouse to “Atelier de Architecture” of architect Gianni Bondesan and after six months of intense changes, it was finally reopened in June.The rooms and the apartment La Rocca Romantica, equipped with all the comforts, are located in very quiet areas, a few steps from the two main squares (Piazza della Cisterna and Piazza del Duomo), surrounded by the ancient medieval towers and close to the major attractions of the city: churches, museums, stores, restaurants and bars.You will be greeted by the friendliness of the Nacci Family, who will be able to give you all the information you need to turn your vacation into a unique and unforgettable stay.
